I am currently in my final year of quantity surveying in Limerick Institute of Technology. I am currently seeking a graduate opportunity with a company.

Last year I carried out my placement year with a PQS firm in Galway city. My duties were, preparing Bills of Quantities and Tenders, measuring on-site, rating out of Bills of Quantities, recording information to PC, everyday duties, involved in the running of an office, and customer care.

I am current carrying out my dissertation on sustainability and retrofitting existing housing, so also have a sound knowledge of this topic.

I am hard working, punctual, enthusiastic, and ambitious. I feel I have good interpersonal and communication skills, and I have great ability to work autonomously and within a team.
