• Worked as project surveyor on construction of 51 residential units (6 storeys over basement car park).  Project value €12m
• Project surveyor on the €3.6m the fit-out of Blanchardstown Courthouse which consisted of a high quality finish to a shell & core structure (2 floors over holding cell basement.
• Commenced construction as part of the on site management team which constructed a single storey extension to the existing A&E unit at Crumlin Children’s Hospital.   Project value €1.1m
