Set up Coen Construction Services Ltd in 1997, which provides quantity-surveying services to private clients, public bodies, building contractors and developers.

A large portion of my work has been with building contractors and I have huge estimating experience and expert negotiation skills.

I have been successful in obtaining additional funds for contractors for loss and expense as a result of any delays/disruptions and extension of time claims during the course of a project.

I have also gained invaluable experience on the PQS side of surveying having worked on such projects as Intel Ireland in Leixlip and Wyeth Biopharma Campus in Clondalkin

The most recent project I have been involved in was the construction of a new Kiln Plant for cement production at Irish Cement Ltd in Drogheda.
