I have worked in the property industry for over nine years and hold a 2.1 Bsc (Hons) Degree in Urban Property Surveying and Diploma in Auctioneering, Valuations and Estate Management from DIT Bolton Street.

Most recently I was with CB Richard Ellis within their Valuations Team holding the position of Valuation Surveyor and working on Nama Valuations. Prior to that I was with Thorntons Chartered Surveyors in their Valuations Department dealing with commercial & residential valuations and rent reviews.

I have also worked with Colm McEvoy Auctioneers in the Commercial Department. While I was there I dealt with commercial sales & lettings, valuations, rent reviews and CPO’S.

The first few years of my career were in  Auctioneering  & Estate Agency, which mainly involved the sale & letting of residential property, property management and some commercial sale & letting experience. During this time I worked for Douglas Newman Good, where my main duty was to establish their residential lettings department.

I am available immediately for short or long term employment.
