I have worked overseas with the CBRE group a well a with HOK Savills in Ireland. My valuation expertise ranges from development site valuations, to development analysis, hotels and leisure, commercial investment analysis and portfolio valuation. I currently consult to a range of financial institutions on property matters as well as being involved in the strategic management and feasibility of distressed hotels country wide.
