 Title: Senior Analyst - Property.

Reporting to: Senior Manager - Property.

Location: National Treasury Management Agency, Dublin.

Overall purpose: Assist the Senior Manager in the implementation of the National Pensions Reserve Fund’s property investment strategy.

Description: The NPRF has an allocation of 8.0% to property and is currently invested in 35 property funds across the globe. These closed and open ended funds are split between core, value-add and opportunistic vehicles.The successful candidate will take a full and active role in the management of the portfolio.

Key duties:
- Assist in the management of an existing and growing portfolio of investments through active monitoring, portfolio analysis and attendance at manager meetings.
Assist in sourcing and filtering potential investments and undertaking detailed due diligence on new investment opportunities.
- Liaise with existing and prospective managers, co-investors, legal and tax advisers, and specialist property consultants.
- Assist in the preparation of investment recommendation papers, annual control reports and other internal reports and presentations.
- Coordination of management information relating to the property portfolio including performance measurement and liaison with financial control department.

Profile of candidate: The candidate should possess the following characteristics and skills:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in property investment and asset management.
- Institutional experience and knowledge of property investment vehicles.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding.
- An analytical mind with the capability to sift through large amounts of detail and identify critical issues.
- A team player with a strong ability to communicate, both orally and in written form, in a concise and clear manner.
- Exemplary corporate governance and ethics.
- Third level education including post graduate professional qualifications, ideally in a finance or property related discipline.

• Proactive business development / marketing manager with a continual focus for growing market share in our core insulation business
• Take responsibility for securing maximum sales for the company
• Ensure that we are meeting the needs of our clients through good communication
• General company administrative work
• Role would be suitable for individual interested in assuming responsibility to lead an organisation in a competitive environment
• Successful candidate will work from own home
• Basic working week will be 37.5 hours however you will be expected to be flexible to meet clients after regular office hours if necessary and work overtime where necessary

Duties
• Visit sites, survey and quote for works for both public and private clients
• Interface with clients
• Assist with company marketing
• Advise clients on best practice for insulating and improving the energy performance of their buildings
• Ordering/procuring materials and managing supplier payments
• Assist directors in coordinating sequence of works
• Report to business owners on a bi-weekly basis
• Successful candidate would be expected to achieve and exceed weekly targets set by business owners

Experience / Qualifications Required
• Must have detailed knowledge of energy/insulation improvement/upgrade works to buildings
• Formal professional construction related qualification
• Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
• Excellent IT skills
• BER qualified an advantage

Company Offers
• €25,000 per annum plus performance related bonus
