| Residential Property Manager Required City centre agency requires a residential property manager with at least two years relevant experience to assist with the management of a growing residential portfolio. This position will suit a candidate who is enthusiastic, with outstanding organisational, communication and negotiations skills. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team as well as being capable of managing their own work-load on a day to day basis. A proven ability to generate new business through existing contacts is essential. Responsibilities will include: • Being first point of contact with both clients and tenants; • New lettings, viewings and end of tenancy check-outs. • Preparation of accounts and financial reports; • Administration of service charge budgets; • Regular property inspections; • Financial reporting ; • Procurement and management of service contracts for general maintenance and repairs; • Dealing with landlord and tenant issues, including enforcement of covenants. Applicants should be property professionals, preferably with a diploma or degree in property management, property economics or other relevant discipline. Full drivers licence and own car essential. This role is permanent and full time and based in our Kilcoole office in Wicklow. You will be expected to work both on your own initiative as well as assisting the Principals on larger projects.
